Depends on which part of CA, I guess. I'm in NorCal and got a wallet in maybe 5-6 business days. Their free shipping on bags policy helps, but expedited costs extra if you're in a real rush.

They have a pretty standard return window, I think 30 days. Just make sure it's unused and you've got all the original packaging. Read through their policy on the site just to be sure, but it wasn't a hassle when I returned a belt.
